Wow I just did a search and found housing in Merced for as little as 110,000 for a home in good condition. Finally things are getting back to affordable for the first time buyers. Another place to find great deals is Atwater and going further north Galt has some really great newer homes in great neighborhoods.

Real Estate Updates

Wow has this been tough year in the real estate business, but there seems to be light in the tunnel now. These past few weeks we have seen and increase in buyers realizing that this is what we have all been waiting for, first time homebuyers again able to get into homes that were getting way out of reach. The interest rate is expected to drop again next week and hopefully it will help with mortgages. I have been selling real estate for the last 6+ years and I cover most areas between Morgan Hill/Gilroy to Sacramento.
